Application Form
Application Process
We invite applications from individuals (or families) who could benefit from once-only financial support for a specific, clearly-defined need. Recent examples have included things like replacing a vital electrical appliance, providing essential furniture or floor covering.
Applications must be supported and endorsed by an appropriate sponsor/counter signatory who can verify the need for a grant The application will be considered by all the trustees of the charity and a decision will be taken within 28 days of receipt.
Counter Signatory
The person acting as counter signatory is, in effect, recommending that a grant be paid. In so doing they are confirming that, to the best of their knowledge, the applicant needs the support that they have requested, and is unable to access that support via another source.
It is not anticipated that the counter signatory has proof of the financial information that has been provided by the applicant.
Some examples of appropriate counter signatories include a social worker, school teacher, member of the medical profession, trustee of a reputable charity or similar. If in doubt, please get in touch to clarify further.
The form should be returned by post to
